Atenţie, în aceste zile, şi mai ales în ceea ce priveşte Flash mob-ul “Pro Teo Peter” - nu vă manifestaţi violent, nu vă angajaţi în altercaţii cu reprezentanţii legii, nimic ce ar putea fi imputabil. “Anarhiştii” au fost arestaţi, deoarece s-au bătut cu paznicul.

Reprezentantul Poliţiei Române a declarat că, deşi s-au găsit înscrisuri anti-NATO, nu există elementele constitutive ale unei infracţiuni. Libertatea de expresie este garantată de Constituţie. Dacă un banner anti-NATO nu e infracţiune, cu atât mai puţin un tricou PRO TEO PETER.

Dacă o manifestaţie paşnică nu tulbură liniştea publică, şi nu încalcă nicio lege prin mesajele pe care le poartă, nu înseamnă că nu poate fi “spartă”: rămâne întotdeauna provocarea. Pot apărea persoane care să poarte tricouri cu inscripţii obscene, ilegale, îndemnând la violenţă, sau altele asemenea. Trebuie izolate! Repet: Ne dezicem de orice persoană ar putea veni joi, la Universitate, purtând un tricou care să conţină un alt mesaj decât cele convenite şi postate pe bloguri, în cadrul campaniei Pro Teo Peter!

De asemenea, ar putea apărea “cetăţenii indignaţi” care să creeze scandal. Atenţie, ar putea deveni violenţi, tocmai pentru a putea crea premisele intervenţiei. Tocmai de aceea, toţi participanţii la Flash Mob “Pro Teo Peter” de joi, 3 aprilie 2008, trebuie SĂ NU RĂSPUNDĂ LA PROVOCĂRI!!! Dacă vom rămâne “îngheţaţi” 5 minute, în tricourile cu mesajele prestabilite (şi nu altele), după care vom pune hainele pe noi şi vom pleca acasă … se cheamă că n-am încălcat nicio lege. Ne vom fi transmis mesajul de solidarizare cu familia lui Teo Peter şi acela de “aceeaşi lege pentru toţi”, deci, scop atins! Vă mulţumim de înţelegere.
